Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Explicitly, we honor the 14-day return policy dictated by the EU for EU residents
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will need to pay the shipping cost for your return. You will not be refunded the cost of shipping the original item, only for the item. You can always contact us for any return question at store@anncharles.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping outside of the United States
We only ship within the United States.
If you do not live within the United States, contact us at store@anncharles.com to determine if we can ship an item to you and the cost estimate.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days but not for the shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at store@anncharles.com.
* EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by contacting us at ac@anncharles.com before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Digital content that has been downloaded or streamed
